Booking Conditions

A 50% deposit is required when you book any of our treatments and no bookings will be taken without it. We accept Debit Card, Credit Card and Cash payments. If you do have any vouchers that you would like to use, please let us know when you first make the booking.

Cancellation Policy

We do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment. If you cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice, you will lost your 50% deposit.

We will send an automated text the day before your appointment, but replies are not always received. Therefore, it’s best to call and cancel. If you do not cancel with 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up to an appointment, a refund will not be given.

We do always try to be as flexible as we can with treatment times. However, if you do arrive late your treatment time may be reduced.

Payment Plans / Promotional Offers

We offer a number of our high end treatments on a payment plan, including many of those over £1000. These payment plans do not include any promotions, special offers or discounts. If you want to take advantage of a payment plan, full payment is required.


All vouchers are valid for one year after the date of issue.

Health Conditions

Before you book an appointment, please let us know of any health issues or medical conditions. You should also inform us of any allergies. We also need to know if you are pregnant as this could affect the treatment.

Children Policy

We ask that children under the age of 16 are not able to join you while you are having a treatment. This is due to health and safety, as we do not have the ability to care for them in our professional environment. We also don’t want to run the risk of any other client having their treatment affected. Thank you for understanding.
